However, it is going to take a lot of time and practice to prepare students for the responsibility of keeping up with their own blog

This section will move to the sidebar once the links work! That way the blogs will be easily accessible!

Each student will have a space where they can really personalize the appearance of the blog.  I will give my students the freedom to appropriately personalize their page to reflect their own personalities and interests. I believe that students will be more invested in their blogs if they are proud of the way it looks. Students will be encouraged to use colorful wallpapers, fun fonts, and include pictures. However, the class will discuss how to make a page aesthetically pleasing, but still easy to read and view.
